I think if you add story, enemies and characters it will get better <3

Cool man but hard
man keep working on this please it's too cool for you to leave it with just one boss, and this is my time, i had a lot of fun completing the game and i will have a lot of fun improving it.
Thanks for playing :)
Nice timing btw. I suppose it's a decent foundation for more bosses, we have to see though XD
New World Record, 40s:
I'm confident 39s is possible
Is this that game I kept on sawing on reddit or am i stupid
This is actually a nice game! keep up the good work
I liked it! Quite cool boss fight, and a genre I like! The graphics are really nice and the gameplay works well, I liked the mechanic of health :) I suppose that's where the loop is, you're stuck in a fight loop until one of the 2 opponents can deal enough damage to the other ? the audio can become a bit annoying but I find it pretty nice nonetheless, and the controls are a little unusual but that may just be me, solid entry, you can be proud!
BRO THE FINAL PHASE IS SO HARD! Great game though 10/10
Thanks for playing
Honestly the most fun game I've played in a while. Thanks for the experience.
is there a world record for this game? I got 1:40
I really like the idea that instead of healing you and the boss have the same health bar that acts as a tug of rope kind of thing.
idk what it is about that music, but I like it. Also, the second phase is a bit easy, and the character is drawn in over the hands even if you dodge forward.
The rest of the game is amazing though.
Hey. I recorded a video about the Ludum Dare jam and included your game in it. At first, i had some bugs. I fixed them by playing the game on chrome. :D If you want to cut your game out of the video, let me know. However, if you like the video, I make similar videos every day. I will be happy if you subscribe. Anyway, I enjoyed playing your game.
Really fun game! Like others are saying, the controls felt tight and movement felt smooth. I like how the player is able to learn during the combat. It added a layer of thinking, without having to use aggravating puzzles.
Really fun game. Controls doesn't feel clunky and it feels pretty damn satisfying after beating the boss
I just want to say that i liked the game.
1st phase pretty easy, just spam roll to any direction and shoot xD.
2nd phase was hard until i realized that when you are rolling you cant take damage.
3rd phase was harder but was the funniest phase because was challenging.
I played the game because i saw the graphics and i liked the 2d sprites in a 3d world, and the game was better than expected.
This was awesome, controls felt tight, and everything flowed well. The last wave was quite tough but fair. I noticed if you kept dodging to only one side, it was best to keep moving forward as you did this lest you get caught on the wall. Great game.
Cool game, nice control and mechanics.
Nice experience, tied together well with a responsive character and well telegraphed and thought out attacks. Loved it!
mhm great game, I love the part when the the boss is on the center, pretty good circular motion shenanigans
Loved it! Very fun, reminds me a good old fashioned Nintendo boss!
that was really good, but I found the last phase of the boss had a small window to attack
Nice work! I had a lot of fun playing this.
pretty cool. well made.
the implementation of the theme is kinda weird though. Would have probably been better with just healthbars for both the player and the titan
Very cool game idea. I like the style a lot. The stages are well made and intuitive. It was directly obvious that a transparent boss won't take any damage (but I still tried).
I also like to give some constructive feedback:
On a german keyboard it is the z key is at the place of the y key. An alternative would've been nice.
May you also think of having checkpoints after each boss-stage. So that one doesn't have to start from first stage again.
Very nice game :-)
