Love it! I’m a sucker for “phase2” mixups: love the added projectile attack as the cat gets lower on hp, it kept me on my toes! Got the cat down in just under a minute, great work!
Fun game! It was short and sweet. Geronimo controls pretty well, dodging and attacking feels very responsive and clean. There’s a nice challenge of not getting hit at all and defeating the cat under a certain time. One very minor piece of feedback: It’d be nice if there was an “exit” or "restart" button on the end screen. (You can press r to restart, as it says on the game page, which I can't read apparently. :P) (When I played it full screen, I got stuck so I had to press alt + f4.) Regardless, great work on this!
I know, I was stocked when I saw the 1 in the 1s column. You can get in a cheeky hit when the cat charges the hairball attack, but you have to be right there before/as the cat lands.
Took me a few tries. In the first or second round, it was one hit away from dying and it killed me! :P It is pretty fun, though after a few tries it does get a bit repetitive, but yeah it is a jam game so it is awesome for a five-minute thing. :D

if you hit while the cat is attacking on the first frame the attack will get cancelled
Not really
It's because if you hit him enough he may jump away which will cause whatever attack he was doing to be cancelled.

Simple, but effective. Controls respond well, concept is simple, but original. Really nice basis to build upon!

Good game, the art is nice and the concept is simple. I beat it in my 4th attempt in 59 seconds with one health left.
